The Port Wine Flats are the right choice for visitors who are searching for a combination of charm, safe and convenient position from where to explore the city of Porto and its surroundings.
The flats are located in Santa Marinha neighborhood, on the left bank of Douro river. They have a privileged location, just in front of Santa Marinha church, two minutes walking from World of Wine, one block from the river and the Docks of Gaia, near the Port Wine Cellars and restaurants, shops, cable car and monuments. Dom Luiz bridge, which connects Santa Marinha to downtown Porto (Ribeira) and all the UNESCO Heritage area, is only ten minutes walking from the property. The atmosphere of the place is quiet and relaxing. But for those who want, there are plenty of activities nearby.
The flats are arranged on two floors without a lift. On the first floor, there are two of them and on the second floor are located the other two. All flats are equipped with everything you’ll need.

Ruby Flat is perfectly equipped for traveling couples, with or without a child, or a group of friends. This flat is on the first floor.
White Flat is perfectly equipped for traveling families with children or groups of friends. It is on the first floor.
Tawny Flat has lots of facilities. It is perfectly equipped for traveling families or groups of friends. It is located on the second floor.
Perfectly suitable for families with children or for groups of friends. Rosé Flat is on the second floor.

The apartment is served by public transportation, taxis, UBER and cable car. You can get to us using your own car or by train or by plane, hitchhiking or whatever transportation means you like. Including by tram.
If you arrive by plane to Porto Airport you can get to the flats by car, including shuttle arranged by us, or using the metro system.
After arrival, you can move around easily as the flats are close to everything.
